Founded as a non-profit project in 2014, SSVN operated entirely from the voluntary contributions and efforts of its co-founders. Since 2018, SSVN has become a social enterprise to help more Vietnamese people access first aid education thanks to additional revenue from its commercial activities.

Through many ups and downs, especially the influence of Covid-19, SSVN still constantly spreads the humanistic spirit of first aid thanks to the support and trust of customers, the community and partners.
