During this time, many cases of severe injuries caused by jellyfish stings have been reported at beaches, and the number of serious cases requiring hospitalization is increasing.<\/p>\n\n

It is worth noting that victims often do not realize they have come into contact with a jellyfish while swimming in the sea until the condition worsens due to the venomous sting. If not treated promptly, the injuries can lead to bloodstream infections, posing a life-threatening risk.<\/p>\n\n

Jellyfish toxin causes a strong skin reaction, and when exposed to this toxin, the body experiences intense itching and a burning sensation at the site of contact.<\/p>\n\n

Clean the wound directly with warm water or vinegar. Never use ammonia to clean jellyfish stings as it can increase the release of toxins and cause more pain. Then, apply a bandage to the wound and avoid rubbing or scratching the affected area.<\/p>\n\n
