Responding to Youth Month 2024 and celebrating the 93rd anniversary of the founding of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (March 26, 1931 – March 26, 2024). The Department of Science and Technology Youth Union organizes propaganda activities on “First aid skills for union members and youth” to equip and improve knowledge for union members and youth on first aid skills to properly and promptly handle health incidents for children, adults, and the elderly in daily life, in the office, when participating in traffic, traveling… contributing to reducing preventable casualties, limiting the deterioration of the victim’s condition and limiting risks for the first aid participants themselves.
