The “Covid-19 Recovery Accompanying Program 2023” is implemented based on the success of the 2022 program that supported 31 SIBs in the agriculture and tourism sectors from 16 provinces and cities across the country. As a result, 100% of SIBs were able to successfully develop new products or services, maintain or increase revenue, of which some SIBs had the highest revenue increase of 19 times compared to the same period in 2021.

SIBs create more employment opportunities especially for women and vulnerable groups. 2 SIBs have raised a total of VND18 billion (over USD760,000), and at least 3 SIBs have officially exported their products abroad, further enhancing their growth and impact.
